These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between TranscriLive and its customers for the provision of real-time transcription and translation services.
TranscriLive provides real-time transcription and instant translation services. Transcriptions are performed in real time without recording or storing audio data. Available features depend on the plan chosen by the customer.
Our prices are stated in euros (€) and exclusive of taxes. Payment can be made by:
Subscriptions are taken out for a fixed term depending on the chosen plan. The customer may cancel their subscription at any time with 30 days' notice.
TranscriLive is committed to providing a high-quality service. However, transcription accuracy may vary depending on audio quality, accents and context. We cannot be held liable for transcription errors in difficult audio conditions.
The customer retains all rights to the transcribed content. TranscriLive does not keep any audio data, as transcriptions are performed in real time without recording. TranscriLive retains the rights to its technology, software and platform.
These T&Cs are governed by Monegasque law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Monaco.
